Refund policy

Returns and replacements

If you find a problem with our seeds or have received the wrong variety in error we are happy to refund, replace or offer a store credit. However, as seed are 'live products' we do not offer returns on packets if you order the wrong variety or change your mind.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on donations or gift cards.

Refunds

Occasionally we are out of stock on an item that you order and we will issue a refund on that item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
